This was our second stay. The property is just about 7 minutes from BLUE HOLE. The property is clean, spacious and very privately located on the last lot of a country road. The kitchen has all the basics. We love this because we love to prepare our own meals. The WiFi is good enough. Outdoors the patio has a place for hanging and drying SCUBA gear. There are no cleaning products so just toss some in your bag (cleaning wipes and extra dish soap). The host uses EVOLVE but is very present and easy to communicate with. It’s NOT a modern property but it is a great home for its purpose. Enjoyed time with family and friends. Great memories. Will go back and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is comfortable and the view is beautiful. Not far from town. Dan was a very friendly and responsive host.

This place is a hazard and needs to be seriously updated and maintained better. Dirty pots and pans, dirty shower, dirty bed sheets, dirty walls, oven that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and microwave that is seriously rusted. Also, the stairs to get in are unsafe as they are not properly secured. In the 10 minutes I was there, I had an earwig on me. I reached out to the host and evolve to get a refund and was unsuccessful. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND until repairs and updates are done.
