The villa is exceptional and even better than the pictures in real life. Absolutely perfect for a large group (we were 13+ 2 kids) and the accommodation was amazing - 7 very large rooms / outhouses all with their own en-suites and mini fridges. All rooms are a very generous size and some have their own balconies. It was great to have your own space but also the communal spaces were stunning / amazing sun shades and stunning pool. Great bbq for cooking outdoors and great supermarket is 5 min drive away. The owner Giulia and her team were fantastic and went out of their way to get us everything we needed and we are already talking about returning next year! The one thing to know is that Belvilla are the Airbnb host / advertiser, but another company, Pure Italy got in touch with me ahead of the booking to organize check in and connected me with the owner, Giulia, who was great. Belvilla were very unresponsive over Airbnb and basically for 3 months didn’t respond to any questions. Pure Italy were great and answered all of my questions quickly. But I was never told by Belvilla what to expect and all of their messages are automated. I eventually found their Facebook page and managed to get some answers over instant message (don’t call as it’s very expensive and they don’t pick up, just leave you on hold) - but they should have been clearer up front about what to expect. I wouldn’t let this stop you from booking as this place is truly a rare find and the house is just perfect, but maybe helpful for anyone else to know what to expect from Belvilla before booking.
