Wonderful stay! Kim's Cottage is adorable. I was there with my brother and we had separate sleeping areas (trundle bed in living room and queen bed in the bedroom--there is also a roll-out cot in the closet), large updated bathroom, spacious kitchen, and even a Packer party room. There are 3 tvs! The back porch was very nice and comfortable, although being April we did not use it much. Kim has everything there you could possibly need: washer and dryer, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and freezer, plenty of pillows and blankets, towels, even a bottle of wine! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and is conveniently located with downtown, Lambeau Field, grocers and restaurants within a few minutes drive. We didn't walk anywhere because it was very windy. My little dog is 14. I would have had to carry her most of the way and I am no spring chicken either. We would definitely stay there again. We loved it.

This place was fun. I wish the weather had been warmer to really be able to enjoy the amenities offered for outside relaxation. Our dog was comfy, and the neighborhood is so safe. We really felt right at home.

If I’m ever up in Green Bay again, I will absolutely be looking to book Kim’s place. It was the perfect, quaint little cottage for me and my pups for a weekend. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Kim!

Perfect gameday getaway from an actual local. An amazing cozy place to stay in the winter with ammenities for outdoor fun with a screened porch and large yard in the summer. What surprised me most was the history! The rec area is littered with photos of the stars who have visited and steeped in Packers history from maps, to merch, to gameday pamphlets to magazines to pictures with the Packers GM, Kim is thru and thru Green Bay (unlike a lot of bnb owners today) and was there to help us with anything we needed. We even got caught in a winter storm and she was gracious enough to accomodate our rescheduling so we weren't put out. Too many more wonderful things to say but the takeaway is Kim and this cottage was fantastic. And we were happy to have two new pin locations for her world map of guests! 11/10 would recommend.
