Great compact two bed, two bath apartment with a balcony in an awesome Condominium. Condo has a super chilled relaxed vibe with a diverse mix of travellers and expat professionals who live there. The complex is awesome with its ground pool, roof top pool plus scenic view of Patong and hospitable security staff. Centrally located, it is in walking distance to the beach and bangla road; and is surrounded by a lot of good local food spots, massage places, convenience stores, places to rent scooters etc. Then there is Adrian, he was amazing! Always responsive and quick to resolve any instances that may arise. I will definitely be back to stay here, I loved it!

Location: 5 walk to the beach, 10min walk to bangla road, and family mart on the corner. Tons of restaurants, business while walking to these areas. Room: 2br, but one room is glass wall if you're worried about privacy. 2 full baths. Spotless. Washer in apartment. And plenty of utensils if you plan to eat in there. Hot water was perfectly consistent; which is sometimes a pain in Thailand. Great view of the ground pool. It's huge. Building: fitness center, modern clean look. Really loved those lobby lights. And plenty of security. Great view from the rooftop pool! But if you can, book his ground level apartment to access the ground level pool from your room! Host: Adrian lives on property. Very approachable. Don't hesitate if you need anything. He'll get it done. I'll definitely be staying here again. And I'm sure you will too.
