Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le chalet. L'habitation est située au cœur des montagnes où la vue est superbe. L'arrivée au logement s'est faite sans encombre et nous avons été accueillis par Francesca qui n'a pas manqué de nous donner les points d'attraction dans les alentours. Les couchages sont de bonne qualité ; nous y avons très bien dormi. D'une façon générale, le chalet aurait mérité d'être nettoyé avant notre arrivée (poussière et toile d'araignées). Les équipements sont juste suffisants, notamment en cuisine où l'on aurait apprécié d'avoir plus de vaisselle... La salle de jeux est plaisante avec un baby-foot et une table de tennis de table. Il serait cependant heureux de racheter des raquettes (et des balles) en remplacement de celles présentes qui sont hors d'âge. Enfin, il faut noter que le Wi-Fi est quasiment inexistant. C'est un point majeur à solutionner.

This place is not what is seems to be. It is small, dirty, old, dark and not maintained. We booked for a week but we decided immedeatly to leave the next day. Size: this house is approx in total living space of 38 m2. ( Living, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms....) The bedrooms are very small, and the livingroom has a couch for 2-3 people. Not for 6. For the pictures they moved the couch in front of the kitchen to make things look bigger. The seats near the table are difficult to enter, and very uncomfortable to use. Dirty: everething feld "sticky". It is the purpose that you clean the house by yourself, and I suggest there is not someone who ever checked if this is done. You also have to bring your own bedlinnen and towels, so you can suggest that this is also not always done. There was a nest with ants and flies alive in our livingroom what was poisonned at the spot. After this the room was filled with a white toxic powder on the floor. Not nice if you want to sit near it with your kids. Ants where running around in the kitchen and the bathroom even after this. Spiderwebs everywhere. Old: The house is full made of wood, and not well painted and maintained. Paint is needed everywhere...The balkon outside has holes in the floor and was dangerous with bare foots to enter. Electricity might be not very safe in this wooden house. Note: the wifi was not working and the owners put the router outside , almost in the rain... (!) After that the wifi diddnt work proper at all...They admit the wifi is bad, because the house was out of reach of the antennes.. Bedroomdoors and windows are not closing. Dark: photos are very nice photoshoped with maximum lightning filters! To mention also: the house is on a hill. You have to climb a lot of stairs from your car. The swimming pool is even higher situated, and you are not allowed to swim after 19:00, what is not very nice on a hot day and if you have kids. The BELVILLA host did not respond after 4 messages. This house is not up to the normal standards anymore and should not be available for renting.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie. Udsigten er betagende smuk. Vi har nydt vores ferie i Cutigliano. Der er langt at kører til seværdigheder, sørg for at handle ind på vejen, nærmeste supermarkeds der har en god stor størrelse, ligger en time væk. Der var en del myre i køkkenet, det var lidt træls. Men ellers havde vi den skønneste ferie :)

Che dire , un posto magnifico ,un appartamento delizioso con una vista splendida .La descrizione e le foto sono esattamente come dal vero . Sono stato veramente bene una settimana rigenerativa ...abbiamo anche montato il telescopio sulla terrazza al di sotto della piscina per osservare un saturno finalmente ben visibile . Grazie della vostra impeccabile ospitalità

Charmant chalet , à la fois ombragé l après-midi et ensoleillé le matin. Une vue magnifique sur le montagne apaisante, idéale pour se ressourcer en pleine nature. La piscine a une vue à couper le souffle. Le chalet est tel que décrit et autosuffisant lave vaisselle, etc.. avec la possibilité de laver le linge dans local commun. A 5 min en voiture, une alimentation et commerces : boucher excellent permettent de faire l approvisionnement. Au programme : repos et randonnées : Doganaccia et Abettone . Parc aventure , jardin botanique pour les enfants… Merci a Francesca et son époux pour votre accueil et disponibilité. Bien cordialement Élisabeth
