This is a great place for as large group. The basement is like having a second apartment. The fact that it’s just a few minutes in every direction to food and entertainment, 10 minutes to downtown. Make this a great place to stay.

Lynne was very welcoming, accommodating , and friendly. We stayed as a team of 15 and were satisfied in the home. It was clean and cozy. We felt welcome and Lynne made this stay very easy! Great place
This property is great for bigger groups of people who don’t mind sharing bathrooms. The huge kitchen table is awesome and having two kitchens helps out a lot for preparing food for groups. The location of the house compared to downtown Seattle is awesome, it’s only a few minutes away. However the house is also located on a VERY busy street so getting in and out of the driveway is a task, and if you crack windows at night for airflow you will be listening to an endless parade of cars rushing by. There were a few minor things we wished we had, such as mirrors and TVs in the bedrooms, and blankets. We were having to take comforters off of beds. The host was good about responding back and forth and we ultimately enjoyed our stay.
