We loved our stay. It is so peaceful and romantic, and a great distance to Yosemite. We enjoyed two full days of hiking in Yosemite and it was so nice to come back to Helene’s place and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Sadly we were unable to stay at Helene’s place due to a family illness. I am giving this rating because Helene was easy to communicate with all along. She was very responsive to any questions we had during the time leading up to our reserved stay. Hoping to get there in the future.

Helene's place is definitely a best kept secret of Yosemite. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Her space was spotless and so warm and inviting. It's an hour drive from Yosemite Valley but the drive is such a beautiful trip. I would reserve with her again in a heartbeat! If you are lucky to get an available date I highly recommend you do som
