Unit has everything you need. It’s a little dated but had beach towels, chairs, umbrella. Games on hand.

Beautiful & spacious condo, right near causeway on/off Sanibel to by-pass island traffic. Loggerhead Cay is impeccably clean, family friendly and right on the beach. The heated pool was great for cooler days or late afternoon dips. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Our 3 kids had plenty of room in the bedroom with bunks and the master was huge with a comfy King size bed. The 2 full bathrooms are updated. Great water pressure, plenty of towels and even had hairdryers. Iron available in smasher closet. Kitchen fully stocked. Pots/pans, silverware, bowls, plates, cutting boards, glasses. Had toaster, regular coffee pot, and even a blender. We had groceries delivered so didn’t have to leave for breakfast & made picnics on the beach. TV had cable & a Fire Stick to log-in to your account and stream. Having a dishwasher & washer/Dyer was awesome. I brought extra cascade pods for dishwasher (2 supplied) and Tide pods (2 provided) so all our clothes were clean when we left. Deck is beautiful and relaxing. Owners provide 7-8 beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards & pool noodles. It was great not having to rent those items upon arrival. Overall, great condo & clean facilities. I highly recommend and would definitely come back to this location.

This was an excellent location with access to a pool and the beach. This unit included two bicycles, which was an unexpected bonus. LOTS of dishes and kitchen utensils, but no place to store dry foods (we moved some plates to make room). We selected this unit because it had three beds in the second bedroom, important as we have 3 grandkids. Kingfisher was very responsive to any questions we had.

We love Sanibel and this location is great - right on the beach and away from the Sanibel congestion. The condo was clean and tidy and the community has most of everything you would want - pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, barbecue grills (though a very long hike from almost every condo) and great beach access. Items needed to live like you were home are mostly provided (except standard items like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ziploc bags, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent and any cleaning materials you may need/want - be prepared to buy your own and leave all the excess there). We did breakfast and lunch in condo everyday and it was hard to keep clean without going out and buying cleaning supplies, (available only in quantities much larger than we needed for our week) which like everything else on Sanibel is much more expensive than in mainland. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys and floaty were in condo and available for use, which was great. Having a beach cart/wagon would be nice because it’s a lot to haul down from the 4th floor and out to the beach. We solved this by renting a wagon. The condo is decently furnished, though showing it’s age a bit and we found the living room furniture very uncomfortable - especially the sofa which was broken and had a plywood sheet screwed in under the cushions - making it very hard. Not a big deal if you’re not hanging out in the living room I guess. Owner instructions (by way of signs posted on walls everywhere) include keeping A/C set at 74 degrees and ceiling fan speeds at low speed only which makes being in the condo during daytime hours somewhat uncomfortable because of both the temperature and the humidity - though it does cool off at night. Showers in bathrooms recently remodeled and were nice. Provided towels, including beach towels were also great. All-in-all it’s a fine place to stay provided that your expectations are set appropriate level though I would not say it’s a good value for the money because of the corners being cut everywhere but being on Sanibel is always great - even when you don’t love your accommodations.
