房东非常热情!非常好的人!地理位置也很好，附近有好几个大超市和商场!

Хозяйка не отвечала на сообщения в день приезда, телефон был недоступен, мы с трудом нашли дом. Жильё было не готово для нашего приезда, хозяйка поселила нас на 1 день в соседнем отеле (она оплатила). Интерьер жилья совсем не соответствовал фотографиям. Жильё не соответствовало описанию (не было сада, не было бесплатной стиральной машины). Хозяйка приходила к нам в апартаменты в наше отсутствие, без предупреждения , чтобы положить или взять свои вещи. То же самое когда мы были в квартире. Мы не чувствовали приватность. В целом жилье нормальное.

Attention (warning)! Kim peut être de bon conseil si vous suivez ses recommandations. Si vous avez d'autres demandes elle se désintéresse de vous. Son logement ressemble plus à un bureau aménagé qu'à une vraie chambre: le jour entre de partout dès l'aube, le lit accueille une et non pas deux personnes. Enfin, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche!. Bref cela reste cher pour le confort très modeste... De plus, si vous demandez une annulation ou un remboursement, Kim ne vous répond pas et ne retourne pas la somme demandée... Seul l'argent semble vraiment compter pour elle!. En somme, une mauvaise expérience globalement!!

Excellent. Fantastic self-contained unit, close to Central Phuket shopping centre. Kim is a great host, she gives good advice and helped with a scooter rental delivered to the unit. Will stay here again if I'm back in Phuket!

Kim's place has the very basics that you need to stay in Phuket. I had to provide my location to acquire my visa, so I needed a base location for my journey. Kim's house was the perfect place for that. It is located near Central Festival, at the heart of Phuket. Her home provided the very basic comfort I needed. I only used the fans to cool down the house, even though she has an AC unit, but to use it is an extra charge per day. Some parts of her house have metal sheets that I think can be replaced to reduce the noise from the wind. One thing to keep in mind, this neighborhood has houses that have water draining onto their back yard, which feeds the plants around the neighborhood, so you will get that sewage smell daily. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep, but it could be upgraded to be way better. There are many touches that this home needs, in my opinion, to improve its quality, so if you are very picky and need a high maintenance place, this is not it. If you don't mind ants or spiders sometimes wandering about the house, hearing your neighbors talk, then you will be ok in this unit. One thing that caught me by surprise was that there is no key for the room, so it is always unlocked, but I didn't have any security issues for the 2.5 weeks I stayed there. Since this unit is part of a fourplex, the neighbors always kept watch. There is also a security gate and a security camera. I would stay here for my next trip since the unit is very hidden from the rest of the city and it is located at the center of Phuket, which gives me a base point to ride around the island. One more thing, the portable stove only has one setting, high. I used it a lot to cook breakfast. This needs to be definitely replaced since it is old and it is missing the knob (I used a screwdriver to turn it on). I did enjoy my stay here. No one bothered me and it was far enough from the main road so the sound of cars was not that noticeable.
