The maximum capacity for having any gathering is strictly under 25 people at Rs 25k to 35k per gathering/ celebration. Incase the terrace or property in general is used by visitors called by the guests or for having any party or pre-wedding gathering/ rituals/ celebrations etc, the venue rent of Rs 25k to 35k is charged additional per event of 5-6 hours. However, visitors coming over to the property are kindly requested to please leave the property before 11:30 PM. Please do not increase the maximum number of people as it is a residential area and a gathering of more than 25 people will invite police intervention and may lead to cancellation of booking. ● Music is not allowed in any get together or party. Please note we do not accept any sangeet function. ● DHOL/ LOUD MUSIC/ DJ IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME DURING THE STAY. ● There is a small kitchen at ground floor apartment for basic cooking needs like making tea/coffee or warming food etc, however proper cooking at the property is not allowed for events and big group.
