We had a great stay at Brooke's place. Exactly as described and more. Very convenient for the beaches . Excellent key lime pie at the bakery next door. We'll be back!

Perfect location to beach and everything . Most places 5- 10 min away. Quiet with garage. All necessities were provided. I stay every year in Sarasota and this is the only place I have stayed that provides all your necessities. Hosts are so receptive and always available for any need you have or with the property. All personal items provided and beach equipment provided including beach towels. Literally only minutes away from shopping , restaurants and grocery needs. Commute to beach just minutes from location. Washer and dryer provided . I come every year for 2-3 months and this will be my place to stay in the future. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and enjoyed every minute.

Todo estuvo perfecto. El anfitrión siempre respondió rápido ante inquietudes con instrucciones claras. La casa está a 8 minutos de Siesta Beach, hay un Walmart a 4 minutos. Se encuera en una zona de casas bonitas. Utilizamos las sillas de playa y sombrillas. estaban en muy buen estado. Recomiendo 100%.
