More than spacious for our delayed family gathering. Having close proximity to restaurants, activities, and more important local family members was an added benefit. Sadly the weather was not conducive to using the BBQ. Maybe next time. Vickie provided a long list of "how to's." "where-to-finds," and "what to do's" making our stay all the more enjoyable. Oh, and a stack of coupons for local places was an added pleasure. Vickie is a delight to communicate with and extremely responsive. We would have no hesitation to stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Property and neighborhood were great. Safe, peaceful, private. Good restaurants are a short drive away. Vickie and Phil were great hosts and very easy to contact and work with. Will look to stay here again when we come back.

Great place, perfect for the 4 of us looking for separate bedrooms. The piano and pool table were a nice bonus!

We were in West Chester for our daughters soccer Finals and choose Vickie's home for location and space. There were 6 of us parents, we enjoyed cooking in, grilling and spent a lot of our time on the patio. We loved the natural surrounding and the deers even game and visited us 4 times during our stay. Vickie's place is well stocked, had everything we need to cook many of our meals. We are thankful for the umbrella, and chairs, felt like home while we watched the games in the sun. Thanks again for being a great host! Kim and Friends.
