We had a fantastic stay. All four of us loved the property. The pool and barbecue area are fully equipped. WiFi is fast. The living room is great for hanging out inside during siesta when it's too hot. Everything is fully equipped, and functioning, and thought-through, in each detail. You can breakfast in the city center at the plaza. Also check out Sa Duana- it's a great little restaurant run by a very nice owner-couple that does an amazing regional pasta del dia.

The House is so perfekt nice and clean. Host had bought food for the first day and was very helpfull. The garden and the pool is a perfekt place for holiday with kids

Great location for a stay in Mallorca, the village is very central and makes a perfect base for a cycling break. Not as lively as some towns, but a lot more charming. The apartment was stunning, the pool and BBQ area the jewel in the crown! Lucia (and Juan, who lives downstairs) were brilliant, very friendly and welcoming. The extras that were there for us made it such a nice and welcoming arrival. Will definitely go back!!

The Villa stay was amazing. Quiet and beautiful Selva, which has everything you need for a good holiday. The Villa is beautiful and modern, great for families and company. All the furnishings are thought out to the last detail. Stunning green area, a large beautiful pool and a cozy barbecue. It is convenient and fast to get to any point of the island by car. The owner of the Villa Lucia is very nice and helpful. It helps in any question. Highly recommended!

The villa was incredible and Lucia was so welcoming and hospitable. There was a really comprehensive welcome pack when we arrived and we were shown all of the house amenities. There are the essentials to start cooking with and more than enough bedding and towels. Hand soap and shower gel were provided along with toilet rolls. The outside is fantastic with several seating areas and fully functioning pizza oven and bbq. Selva is a beautiful town with all the local amenities to include a bakery and supermarket with several restaurants. We have really enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend!
