We also provide Free WiFi and Netflix and there’s even a playstation and board games to keep the kids occupied in the rumpus. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you would need for enjoying meals at home. There’s reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy warm in Winter and cool in Summer. Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a comfortable queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. There is wall heating in all bedrooms to keep you comfortably warm in winter. - LOWER LEVEL Heading downstairs you will find the rumpus room with a lounge that converts into a comfortable sofa bed plus a 50 inch tv. There’s also a large bedroom downstairs with a comfortable queen size bed and a single bed. For larger groups, there’s a separate 2 bedroom unit downstairs (The Retreat at 165, listed on Airbnb) which can sleep 6 people. So the entire property can sleep a total of 17 guests. And for even larger groups, we also have The Villa at 165 (also on Airbnb), which is located at front of this property which can sleep another 6 guests. So, it’s possible to accommodate 23 guests across the 3 separate properties. The property is not far from Bellerive Quay which offers numerous choices of dining which include Chinese, Thai, Italian and Canadian, to name a few. Also nearly is Salamanca Fresh which is a large grocer offering fresh fruit and vegetables, a butcher, a baker and a good offering of ready-made meals.
