Zeer comfortabel ruim huis op geweldige locatie met prachtig uitzicht! De buitenruimte met zwembad, bbq en grote tafel is geweldig. We hebben ontzettend genoten van onze vakantie met gans de familie. Gianluca antwoordde steeds snel op onze vragen.

Surrounding is very nice of villa if you like nature. Great hiking paths and you can get directly into Zingaro park without paying. :) Go along pool and find hole in fence. But this is not easy walk down, but defiantly worth it. Our check in time was at 4 p, and cleaning persons still did cleaning in house, so we should wait 2 hours with kids outside the house. And still- house was not clean enough. Found rubbish under bed and dirty plates/ glass in shelf. Bathroom was still smelling like there just somebody did pee. House has good planning with bedrooms, all easy to reach and it's excellent for 3 families. We were not happy with dishwasher, did not clean at all. So we washed plates with hands. Pool is a bit away from main terrasse and living area, so if you have small kids- somebody should go to look. You can walk to village Scopello witch is lovely, but count as 20 min hilly walk. You can also walk down to beach and it's around 10 min, with kids calculate 20 min.

Absolutely beautiful! Me and 12 friends went and had a heavenly time in the beautiful house with the most stunning views. All the rooms lovely and everywhere clean and comfy! Thank you 🙏

The grounds are beautiful and the views are outstanding. Photos do not do it justice. Extremely peaceful and relaxing. Inside is very pretty and in excellent condition. Loved the local wine which was a terrific welcome gift. Loved Scopello - fabulous restaurants, beautiful beaches, boating is available. We hired a skipper and boat and it was fantastic. He took us to caves and we were able to swim and snorkel. Our family of adults loved the privacy, the hot tub and the pool. We had rented an SUV which did make it easy to navigate the winding and hilly roads up to the villa.

Il posto bellissimo con una vista mozzafiato. Aree all'aperto ben attrezzate, camere e bagni buoni e casa ben arredata. Per chi piace una bella passeggiata, si può arrivare in mare ed all'ingresso della riserva dello Zingaro a piedi. Per fare la spesa invece devi sempre prendere la machina. Gianluca è stato sempre molto reattivo e flessibile per lo check-in. Mariana, che ci ha ricevuto per lo check-in ed ha anche fatto lo check-out, gentilissima. In tutto uno stupendo soggiorno in un posto bellissimo della Sicilia. Abbiamo già la voglio di ritornare!
