We very much enjoyed our stay. Property had everything we needed. Property was centrally located in Aldeburgh but also peaceful. Would stay there again.

Emma’s home was warm in feel, sparkling clean, light and lovely. I stayed with my husband, adult son and his two little children. We were all comfortable and happy. There is a lovely garden out the family room. A “must stay.”

Aldeburgh is a lovely little town, with great pubs (especially the Cross Keys.) Lots of lovely walks and well placed for Southwold, and many other places of interest. The house is nice, a large kitchen/ Diner and a compact but snug living room. The three bedrooms are functional (Master bedroom and little noisy but overlooks a street, and the blinds aren’t really dark enough but ok.) The third bathroom is downstairs and so the creaking stairs wake everyone up if used at night. The en-suite has a shower attachment but no curtain or screen so really only a bath room. Throughout upstairs there was a constant musty smell, i don’t know why but it was unpleasant. The kitchen is stocked with every item I could ever think of. The Wi-Fi is efficient and reasonably fast. There is one parking space with free parking in the street, however, it’s 2 hours only. So until 18:00hrs we were constantly moving cars around to avoid fines (wardens are everywhere.) The only genuine 24hr free ones are 3/4 mile
