The host initially requested €250 for a countertop stain. Upon my request for an invoice and detailed repair picture, the host claimed to have removed the stain herself, reducing the demand to €80. It's apparent that the host realized the implausibility of the original claim. Reviewing the before-and-after pictures, it's clear the surface was cleaned as the decorative pattern of the board remained unchanged. I am disheartened by the host's repeated dishonesty, impatience, and unreasonable deadlines. It would be wise to invest a little more for a stay with a host who does not harass guests with baseless and false claims. Apart from this, the light protection in the bedroom was ineffective in the morning, and the weak WiFi signal at the kitchen work table hindered my work.

Helena was great, helped with our problems, the place was perfect very homely and clean, and the bed was very comfortable- I would recommend staying here in Brno!!

Cute apartment super close to Luzanky, biggest park in Brno. Helena made the experience even better, super good host that welcome us with a big smile and a bottle of wine.
