We had a nice stay overall, Ludwig was very responsive and gave detailed check-in instructions, only downside was the bathroom but we were already informed beforehand.

The apartment is not bad, but there are some things that the owner should improve before continuing to rent it: - The mattress is not good. It is simply not comfortable, and the sheets are not suitable if the weather is already warm. - Moreover, there are some missing utensils such as good knives and large glasses. - Finally, the bathroom needs to be repaired. The shower leaks water throughout the day. It is noisy, especially at night because it is quite close to the bedroom.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, au calme dans un quartier tranquille. Appartement clair, avec des commerces à proximité. La salle d’eau mériterait un rafraîchissement. Si nous retournons à Bruxelles, nous reloueront.

The location is close to metros and the train station. The place was easy to get into and we had no complaints. Very cozy.

The owner is friendly. The apartment is clean, but it is better to change the shower in the bathroom. The location is good.
