George is a fantastic host, left some Prosecco, chocs, eggs and milk for our arrival, will help with anything you require. The house is beautiful with peaceful surroundings and just a short walk to the river.

The views looking out at the rolling fields and river was lovely. My son loved the hot tub and returned home with one at the top of his wish list! Thanks for the loan of robes. House was roomy and provided plenty of space for all of us. Local area was close by with lots to explore. We were very chuffed to receive the treats on arrival . Thank you, we had a good stay.

We had a great stay at Boaters Hill house over the Easter weekend. We were a large family group of 7 adults, toddler and dogs so the house was perfect for space and garden for everyone! George met us on arrival and explained all we needed to know and to message him anytime if needed, which we didn’t. The view was so lovely, private and peaceful. The weather was good so made good use of the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay and a selection of games if we had spare time. The walk along the river to Beccles was great for the dogs and only took about 25 minutes. We had lunch at a lovely deli called Fen Lane Deli that serves amazing cakes and Pastries. Southwold is just a short drive away, easy to park and walk along the beach and visit the Adnams shop and cafe and nice shops. Would certainly recommend.
