The listing is accurate to the photos. It took about 5-7 minutes to walk to the hospital, which saved me a lot of gas for my month there. Neighborhood around the house is quaint & safe. Given the location and value of the home, I'd definitely stay here again.

Roomy place, has everything you need, some inconveniences, but were manageable. Ill get to those later. Host provides plenty of amenities which was a great surprise, the rooms were spacious and there was some good storage areas for an extended length of stay. Living room area was my favorite place to hang out, nice big desk, television, couch and just a general great spot for lounging or doing work. Now for some cons, the bathroom was smaller than anticipated, tall people beware, it may be difficult to use the toilet and shower, not the most ideal, but still manageable. Construction was going on right nearby which created traffic. The place is on a hill and the second floor which means climbing 2 flights of stairs to get to where you're staying. Overall though a positive experience and the host is very responsive with questions and accommodations.

Chad was an excellent host. He was always very responsive and addressed any questions immediately. The location was perfect for my month working at UNMC, very easy walking distance. I had a wonderful stay.

This property's location was perfect for my son's needs, so we were happy when we arrived, and it also turned out to be a great overall apartment! There was a little hiccup with the lock app, but Chad quickly reset the modem and the issue was resolved. Guests may want to be aware that to access the living space, there is a set of stairs outside from the designated parking spot to the entry door of the apartment and a fairly steep flight of initial inside stairs that anyone with health or balance concerns should be aware of, but we didn't have any problems moving in. The apartment is very well laid out and decorated for a comfortable long-term stay. The hosts added a desk and chair to create a designated work area, which also creates a nice table to use the ironing board, which we needed. Very helpful!! We really appreciated the AC in the space and all the fans to help circulate the air. The location was very convenient--laundromat, grocery store, some restaurants, & a walking trail!
