The place that has it all!!! I’m so glad we stayed at this place. It was everything we could ever want and need. It was our first vacation with our pup and he loved it! We enjoyed the views, the peacefulness and the beautiful environment that surrounded this Lake house! Shona received us with such heart warming gifts even for our puppy! That meant so much to us! Shona was so easy to communicate and offered so many suggestions! We couldn’t be more grateful! This place is near so many wineries to choose from. Only 8 minute drive to the little town of Hammondsport. We drove there to get coffee and enjoyed it with a view of the lake! Also 30 mins drive to Watkins Glens State Park! There are so many beautiful places to visit near by. We will be definitely be back!

Lovely place right on the lake, very well kept and Shona was an excellent host. Would highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to the Finger Lakes.

This house is perfectly located with a spectacular view of the lake. The owners live two doors down and there is a cabin in between. We visited off season( I think) so no one was in the next cabin. I wasn't expecting such close quarters. I'm not sure how I would have felt if someone was in the next house. Shona is very nice and we were greeted with homemade cookies and a bottle of wine which we really enjoyed. When the smoke alarm went off in the evening Shona's husband came over and fixed it right away. The house is comfortable and has everything you'd need. There are wineries nearby and a nice restaurant with a lake view not far from the house. I really appreciate that they let us bring our dog. If you come with two families, the basement allows for some privacy and a separate bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Shona was so nice and friendly, and the place was great with lots of personal touches! We especially loved the dock!
