A fabulous location between the beach and town. Watching the boats and going for a morning swim were our favorite activities. They can both be done direct from the property and there are many outdoor seating options. Accommodation is basic but has what is needed. It provides flexible living for an extended group in 3 separate flats that together form one house. If you are looking for a peaceful stay on Hvar island with walking access to the beautiful town of Stari Grad then do not hesitate.
We absolutely LOVED our stay. It’s a great house, in amazing location with good facilities and proper feel good vibes. Stari Grad is lovely. And it is just wonderful wake up here, to enjoy the views, different terraces… close to everywhere & the fig tree was a bonus. It was perfect for our older teens family. We’d happily return.
We loved the location but the house and management of the property really disappointed. The property needs some major TLC, blocked drains, two washing machines not working, smelly cupboards and old tired furniture. There was no power in the top flat on arrival which we fixed ourselves due to a tripped switch. We were not met on arrival as promised and had to call to get directions as maps didn't take us to the right location. We did not have enough sheets or towels. The majority of our issues could have been avoided with a proper check in or manual. We were even told off for not sorting out the recycling correctly when there were absolutely no instructions on how to do this! Poor management is really letting down this villa which with a bit of love could be a top property.
Wonderful place, close to town life but close to great beaches as well. Super responsive hosts. Perfect for 3 couples and one kid. Swimming was great, price were easy. We loved it. AC works great too. The hardest part was trying to make yourself leave the many balcony’s. You just want to watch the boats all day long!
