Cozy 1-Bedroom unit near SM Mall of Asia in Shore 1 Residences *IMPORTANT: Copies of government IDs are required to be emailed at least 3 working days prior of stay for guest access authorisation to the apartment and building, which is a common regulation in condo complexes in the Philippines for security purposes, and the host personally, has no control over. Depending on the staff on duty at reception when checking in, guests may also be asked by reception to hand in a physical photo ID card (not passport) in exchange for a guest access card that allows guests access into the building. Upon checking out, the photo ID card will be returned once the access card is returned for security purposes of the residence. Kindly note, this is primarily a residential complex and not a hotel. So the complex implements these regulations for extra safety of the residents as well as the guests. Please do not book, if you do not comply with the above.
