River villa was a good find ,withba great view and looked exactly as seen in the images, was a nice and comfortable place to chill with a good care taker , Anay is a great host and really has kept his place in great shape , would definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway.

- Anays place in Morjim is tucked away in a silent and cozy corner next to the river. - The huge lawn area overlooking the river is awesome and well maintained, its perfect if you are staying with family. - The shared hammock is a great add-on and fun. - The 1 bhk room (villa 2) is nice and neat with all the needs for the price. It has a partial view of the river and lawn from the hall. - The location is also great with a lot of great places within 10mins of driving distance. - The host was very helpful and arranged a cab on request and is very approachable. - We only stayed for 1 night , so I don't have any particular cons to speak of. Overall it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay and would recommend for anyone for a few days stay at Morjim area in Goa.

River Villa was a great e oerience for me. I had wanted someplace quiet and secluded to work on a project .River Villa turned out to be all of that and beautiful, comfortable and very well connected. I think the hist Anay and his caretaker Resham were the icing on the whole deal. they were excellent, attentive and made my trip absolutely worth it.

The villa is beautifully located by the waterfront. The garden is very nice and there are several relaxing corners. The villa is by far the most silent accommodation we found in India. No honking, no dog barking can be heard. We did remote working from the villa and the setup was great with good wifi and an additional desk. We even worked with a table in the garden by the water. Anay was helpful, helping us with taxis and arranging a scooter We would have loved to stay longer
