The host was very responsive to any and all requests. The condo is beautiful and has wonderful sea and city view. The condo was a spacious 1 bedroom unit. The kitchen was equipped fully with a hot water kettle, and all cooking pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Towels and bedding were clean and fit the bed perfectly. While the complex was a short walk away from shopping, food, and amenities the complex did provide transportation down to the main street. It was wheel chair accessible, and the security staff were amazing and helpful. The shower was a low threshold step over type which would easily accommodate a person of limited mobility. However there were no grab bars in the shower. Also there was a general store and beauty salon on premises with very reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again on any trip to Cebu City.

We had a great stay for almost a m onth,a bit quite far from the city, but yet peaceful place and the guards are kind and approachable, I highly recommend to stay of Mary's unit,she so responsive with our mild concern and her place is more than I expect,it's so spacious and the balcony is quite long massive with the city view. Hopefully soon we can stay Mary's place if there's an available for next year and stay longer than a month.

I felt home , quiet,clean and absolutely one of the best city and sea views in Cebu City.This is my second stay in the same condo and it seems like won't be the last .

Good place. Some might say that it is far from the city attractions, but it was quiet and peaceful there so I liked it. I would recommend.

The host, unit, view, pool, and gym were all very good. The only problem we had was the guards and when we checked in. They sent us all over the complex just to send us back to the beginning. Then they decided to hide from us and didn't show up until we carried our bags all the way up the stairs of another building. They thought it was funny to do so. They are also very lewd and lascivious towards female guests. They often stand uncomfortably close to them, catcall, and make lewd remarks. Very unprofessional group of people working there. They also charge some guests to park and let other street park for free. The people in their store would always be rude. You can order water there but they would give us a hard time to do so even though they had no problem delivering to our neighbors. There was also a lot of noise because it's an active construction site with a lot of material strewn about. it's a new construction project mixed with older buildings. Nice views.
