another excellent stay at Verice place/ Clayton villa, Verica was waiting our arrival, stay was too short but will be back soon, enjoy my coffee in the morning sitting the porch/ varanda, parking was safe in gated drive way

No running water most of the time. I would have expected to be told in advance that there would be no water from the utility company most of the time and that there was no tank to compensate. If I had know in advance I would not have booked this location. I was told bottles of caught tap water were available to wash my face until water comes for a few hours in the mornings. The top of the toilet seat was dirty and underneath it was gross. Not to mention the spiderwebs, dead insects, marijuana bud on the floor, busted fridge made my food spoil and something other than mosquitos biting me while there (probably fleas from the dogs). Bed not comfy After holding for awhile and not getting through to customer service; I decided to tough it out since other locations were farther away than where I had work to do. This has been my worst Airbnb experience, which came as a shock considering the other reviews for this location. Maybe they thought no water was rustic Jamaican charm or something.

Loved my stay here! It’s quite a big apartment with a separate bedroom. Verica and her daughter are very friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The location is great, close to restaurants, bars etc. I felt safe, welcome and at home. Thanks!

I would happily stay here again. Verica is friendly and caring. The location is very close to town and other attractions, and the space feels like home
