The heater was out and we were notified only hours before. We were told it would not be fixed for two days. They said the fireplace could heat the home. We tried. The tiny coal, yes open coal, fireplace might have worked if we spent days tending to it. The smell was awful and we had to sleep on couches next to it fully clothed to make it through a terrible evening. We communicated our issues the next morning and got no response. We left and requested a refund that they denied. Also, if there heat would have worked the mattresses in all bedrooms were the worst ever. Terrible

Catriona and Desi's place in Strabane can only be described as a tardis! It looks small from the front but absolutely massive when you're inside! Hosts were lovely and answered any questions, gave us an extra hour for check out and went above and beyond for us. House is spotless. Can't fault the place at all and we hope to get back!!

This was our first time staying in and air b&b and it was a lovely experience. Catriona was so responsive and super helpful, Catriona called as soon as we landed to make sure we were in okay and that everything was in order with the house. It was such a positive and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back.

This was our second time staying at Catriona and Desi's place. It's a perfect location for us, very close to shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs etc. As previously, the house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!
