Marie is very quick about responding. Her place is in a great location. However, there are a lot of things that need to be fixed such as the screen door and chairs in the kitchen. It can get very hot in the house in august with not enough fans. There are also a lot of insects in the house like spiders, crickets, and mosquitos.

Lovely clean house with jacuzzi that comfortably houses a family of four. Extra queen size bed on the ground floor. Very nice porch with grill. A few items need to be fixed. Marie is responsive and welcoming.

Great place!! It's an ideal rental. It has everything you need for your stay without a lot of personal items. So, it feels more like your vacation rental vs someone elses house. The rear of the house opens to a wooded area giving it a secluded feel and the deer walk right up to the deck.

Host was nice and attentive.. answered my messages right away. BBQ grill was great to have. Just know that there are a lot of rules in the area.. When first coming and speaking with public safety it wasn’t the best experience. There is quiet time in place from 10pm-6am where you can be issued a fine of $150 with no warning. It’s the first thing public safety will let you know when arriving at the gate. No fireworks are allowed either. I did send the host pictures of my ID as well as my guest. Only to receive 3 with the names misspelled. The shower head downstairs also fell on one of my guest. You also have to throw your own trash away at a specific location which is about a 10 minute drive from the home and not the easiest place to find. I wish I had known about all the restrictions before booking.
