An idyllic villa from 1947, close to the shore, with splendid view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. A large, secluded garden. The property is on the south side of Sekken, which is a beautiful island in the middle of the Romsdalsfjord. The distance to Molde city is short (7 km by car or bus + 40 minutes by ferry), yet you are in the middle of nature, with tranquil, beautiful surroundings and versatile leisure opportunities. A motorized boat will be available for rent with the house. As a guest you will have six acres of property for yourself, where you can freely dispose a large house with a covered terrace, as well as a large garden with a terrace, doll house, playgrounds, barbecue and more. The house is within walking distance (about 200 meters) to the sea, where there is a cozy bathing bay, as well as the possibility of fishing and kayaking. Our visitors can freely use fishing rods and two kayaks, as well as other equipment, such as life jackets and flood mattresses. We also have a motorized boat available for rent. From most rooms in the house are beautiful views of the surrounding fjord and mountains. If you would like, you can enjoy the view from the hammock in the living room. Or, you can try out the 3.7 meter high climbing wall on the 2nd floor. There is also the opportunity to put up a swing for the smallest. A 40 cm mattress ensures that one lands softly. There are four bedrooms, one has a double bed, one has two single beds (these can be put together) and two of the rooms have single beds. If necessary, there is also the possibility of two sleeping on the sofa bed in the basement room. On the property there is also a separate, more simply equipped cabin with its own kitchen, bathroom and two smaller bedrooms, in case you would need more beds.
