Alignan-du-Vent · 整套出租单元 · 3室4床1.5卫 · 可住6人 · La Terrasse - 3 bedrooms, 2 pools luxury Apartment
The voluminous height under ceiling guarantees a feeling of "castle life" in this spacious and tastefully decorated apartment. The rooms have french doors and windows that can be opened to let in cool evening air. 100M -PRIVATE- terrace is a quiet oasis tucked under trees, offering breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, large dining table, deckchairs, BBQ. The well-equipped kitchen, large living/dining areas, 3 bedrooms, and access to 2 swimming pools make it ideal for a family or group of friends. What makes this apartment unlike any other you'll find is the enormous terrace, hence the name, and the 2 large pools. Because it's located on the first floor rather than ground floor, you have incredible views on all sides and privacy from anyone below. We are sorry to inform potential guests that due to narrow staircases required to enter the apartment, accommodation is not accessible for people with disabilities.
This apartment is beautiful!! Spacious, airy, bright, luxurious, you name it! Located a short drive from several villages and the busy town of Pézenas, it is easy to get around and find wonderful restaurants, wineries or get to the coast. The beds are comfy and the fixtures and fitting feel high end especially the sofa. There is AC in the master and attic bedroom which allows for comfortable mosquito free sleep in summer. The living room/kitchen has 3 large double doors that lead to the spacious terrace with its great views and down to the rear pool. I would highly recommend this property especially if you like history and character in your holiday rentals.
We had a fantastic 2 week stay at La Terrace at the end of July/beginning of August. We had brilliant communication from Roxi and Warren before arriving about parking and also where the keys were, so we weren't worried about our arrival. The apartment is huge, with a really large kitchen, living and dining area. We found the kitchen really well equipped with lots of utensils, sharp knives and pretty much anything you could want when staying away from home. We were left a lovely welcome pack, which we were very grateful for (thank you) including milk/cheese/bread and wine, which was really lovely. There is a large size twin room, a huge double bedroom (with air con), a large bathroom with sink, loo, bath and a shower and also a seperate loo. Very useful! There are then twisty stairs to another double room on it's own (with air con). All the rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of room to hang clothes etc. There is also a huge terrace, which had a large outside seating area, dining table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The terrace is larger than some London apartemtns so it's really such an advantage having all this private space. You can also see down to one of the pools which we found really useful for checking to see if it was busy. We found the apartment really peaceful with only the sounds of birds and bugs to keep us company. There are 2 large pools, shared between 12 apartments/gites however we found that there were busier and quieter times, so picked and chose when we swam depending of how busy it was, though that was our choice! It was extreamly hot when we were away and unfortunately the air con wasn't working, but the owner had phoned us beforehand to let us know, so we were aware. There were however lots of fans provided and Warren was kind enough to bring a couple more for use when sleeping. Thanksfully the pools are open 24/7 so we could have a quick dip to cool down whenever we fancied. The area of lovely, with the outskirts of Pezenas with it's supermarks only about 10 mins away. The coast also isn't far and even though very touristy we highly recommend D'agde, there is a brilliant inflatable water park for both adults and kids and also the beach there wasn't too busy (also plenty of parking even in the high summer!). Hence we would highly recommend this apartment to any family/friends groups or just couples. There is plenty of room to have your own space and the facilities really are excellent!
Beautiful apartment, much bigger than in the pictures with an amazing terrace. Nice sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds and a well equiped kitchen. Warren and Roxi were excellent hosts helping us a number of times with a couple of issues. The pools are lovely, and a good size for the number of apartments (20+) all set in a beautiful old priory with mature trees giving us some needed shade this summer!
We had a wonderful few weeks here. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The terrace was amazing, so private and large and the perfect place to watch the sun set and of course we were spoilt for choice with two pools. It is a lovely peaceful location close to several charming villages and only 30 minutes to the coast and some spectacular beaches. The surrounding countryside is very beautiful and we enjoyed exploring on the bikes that were provided. We really didn't want to leave and would highly recommend this as the perfect place to stay if you are visiting this part of France. Finally a big thank you to the managing agent Warren who couldn't have been more helpful.
