Secluded, private and safe. We had such a tranquil stay. Beautiful bushveld and perfect to unwind. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it!

Lovely cottage with most amazing views. Completely remote and off the grid, ideal for escaping busy city life. Cottage has al the basic kitchen utensils, however a BBQ casserole would come in very handy. I’d recommend going over directions of how to leave the cottage with host/hostess beforehand. We got lost on the farm for about an hour and had to cancel our other appointment, which wasn’t ideal. We also looked forward to doing a guided 1,5hour game drive and/or guided hike, as advertised, which did unfortunately not happen.

We had a beautiful two night stay in the cottage. It is lovely, clean, modern and elegantly furnished. We really appreciated the peace and quiet, the great views and hiking trails. We did both hiking trails, the shorter one twice, they are both very well marked and we saw quite a lot of game, although binoculars were useful. The views are great! We didn't even notice the off grid - there are lights and camping fridge/freezer and a usb for charging, great gas two plate. More than enough for what we required. We also appreciated how Alex and Sean communicated very well throughout, from booking confirmation to checkout. Their instructions were very clear and concise and everything went very smoothly. All in all a memorable stay and we look forward to visiting again.
