It is a really fantastic place! And Carlos is indeed superhost! Place is exceptionally well equipped including beach towels and sun umbrellas! It is perfectly clean (we were with 1 year old crawling child so it was very easy to verify how clean floor was)! Location is great - just 4 minutes walk from the beach and maybe 6 minutes to the old town! Sea view is breathtaking - that is something you like to see in the morning!! Apartment is very spacious! We strongly recommend and we will definitely come back!

Home from home as soon as we opened the door. The apartment is so spacious and beautifully decorated, it was spotless. Comfortable beds, big bathroom with large shower & 2 basins. Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The balcony is bigger than in the photos with amazing views of the bay. Everything you need on your doorstep Cafes/bars/restaurants. Transport is good if you want to explore the local area. Will definitely be back as not enough time to do & see everything. Carlos is a fabulous host & communicator.

The apartment has a beautiful sea view. It is clean although missing a few trivial but basic items, eg no tea towels, only one wine glass (for apartment of 4). Carlos responded very quickly to a couple of queries before our stay - we did not meet him as he provided instructions for entry to the apartment (keypad entry) and as we did not have any problems, did not need to contact him for anything. It could easily accommodate 4 as it has a second bedroom (especially 2 adults + 2 children). The apartment is ideal for walking access to the beach (beautiful beach) as well as being within easy walking distance of the main town.

We absolutely loved staying here, the apartment was just perfect. It's even more nicer in person, the whole apartment was pristine it had everything we needed. Carols was a fantastic host he answered any question we had and we had a late flight home so thankfully we were able to stay longer and he even booked us a taxi to the airport so that made our last day in Alicante stress free which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony was magically. I would definitely recommend staying here, would definitely come back again!
