The place was clean and as described. Karin answered right away and the apartment was very easy to access. overall comfortable and satisfied.

Buona posizione molto vicino alla metro e alla stazione per spostarsi sia nella città che per visitare altri posti. Molto comodo anche il check-in che non richiede la consegna di persona delle chiavi.

The apartment is acceptable, very clean,three rooms, enough space for luggage and easy to find. Central city is 5 minuts walking far and the neighbourhood is very quite, very close to subway and to an amazing park. However, there have been some small inconveniences. The heater in the bunk bed room was not working. Although the host gave a quick response, she couldn't solve the problem and any technician came to fix it. Regarding netflix, it is advertised but not available unless guests use their on account. It could be clearer explained, as it was never like this before in any other airbnb accommodation. Regarding the kitchen, it doesn't have extractor hood. Nothing important for 1 or 2 nights but not confortable for a longer stay because of the smoke from cooking. Anyway,it is a recommendable option for a short stay in central Stuttgart.
