Excellent place to unwind and enjoy the Homosassa surroundings. The boat house was an added surprise when found out our fishing guide (Capt. David Maki) docks his boat right at Marni's boat house.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was great, fishing off the boat dock was fun, caught a sting ray, small shark, and lots of catfish. The crabs would walk into my crab net, so we ordered them from the restaurant. We all had a great time.

The house was beautiful and well kept! Some upgrades were done since our last stay! We love coming to this place. We do a week of fishing while here and have a great time! Love the ice machine on the property for our fishing trip. Marni is an exceptional Host and makes sure our needs are met with all of the amenities and love her super fast response to questions and communication.

This was our second stay here and we hope to make it an annual tradition. There’s just so many good things to say about the location of the house, the owners and the amenities themselves. We are a family of four with two little kids and it was so nice to have kitchen supplies that were perfect for little ones and games. The house provided lots of room, everything to be comfortable (we made most meals here). The whole space was pristinely clean. Our favorite part is the Beautiful outdoor space for being active or just relaxing. Thanks for creating this oasis! Thanks for being so responsive too!
