Beautiful property that is private located in an area of nice homes. Location very accessible to all our needs. House was clean and well equipped. One bedroom only had a bed and two night stands with a coat rack, no closet or dresser not very accommodating for a two week stay other than that our stay was very enjoyable.

This home was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Access to the Cape Haze Rail Trail was a block away and we enjoyed riding our bikes here. It was an easy 20 minute drive to beautiful Boca Grande Beach. Once the weather warmed up, we were able to enjoy the pool. Robert responded promptly to questions about why the pool wasn’t warming up and did what he could to help. There wasn’t a pool cover so that was part of the problem. We spent a lot of time outside in the lanai. the TV room was spacious and chairs/couches were comfortable. We used the large dining room table to eat our meals and play cards because we couldn’t comfortably sit at the kitchen counter or kitchen table. We cooked meals at home and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The major issue we had were the uncomfortable queen and king beds. All four of us found them extremely firm and didn’t sleep well. The twin beds slept fine. Only because of the uncomfortable beds, we would not rent this home again.

This is a great home, in a perfect part of Rotonda. The house is extremely comfortable with everything available to make the most of the stay. The heated pool is fabulous to swim or just relax in. Bikes are a real bonus especially with the historic cycle track running just behind which leads down to Placida. Loads of extras for the beach and essential bbq is great for sitting out and eating whilst watching the nature go by. Eagles, Red Cardinals, raccoons, Bob cats are frequent spots. As well as the odd snake or gator but not too near the house. This is a fab area for some of the best beaches - Stump Pass, Boca Grande are our favourites. We had a swell time here and grateful to Lisa & Robert for sharing the house. Great comms throughout.

Being licensed as a hotel with over 45 properties in the area our properties come under strict laws to protect guests that an individual homeowner doesn’t have to abide by. The United States Environmental Protection Agency has released an expanded list of disinfectants and cleaners that destroy COVID-19. Our cleaners only use EPA approved cleaning products on all surfaces and spray remote controls, light switches, door handles etc. and follow the cleaning protocol following the CDC guidelines that have been found to be effective against viruses. According to a study funded by the US National Institutes of Health, without proper disinfectant measures the coronavirus stays “alive” on surfaces Up to three days, depending on the surface. Where there isn’t a 72-hour gap between our guests and staff being in the accommodation and your arrival, we use whole house atomized airborne disinfection between guests. The atomized particles are diffused in the environment in the form of a dry fog, which saturates perfectly and uniformly on every square inch of free surface, Killing 99.99% of viruses, bacteria, and fungi. Can coronavirus spread through water, like in a swimming pool or hot tub? “There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs,” the CDC says. “Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
