The cabin is as cosy, tranquil and magical as all the reviews describe. It had everything we needed for a real retreat weekend. Andrea is a v thoughtful and responsive host. It was great to be so close to Joffre Lakes and Pemberton too. Highly recommend!

This beautiful log home and adjoining cabana are located amongst the trees on a small hill allowing for the sun to light up the home. It is a dream come true. I could not believe my luck in finding this treasure. The peaceful lull of the rushing water of Joffre Creek was amazing to fall asleep to or enjoy while lounging around the air-tight stove cozy and curled up with a book or crossword. There was also a beautiful collection of books and a perfect stock of cabin-worthy games! Andrea's attention to detail is superb and the cabin was outfitted with absolutely everything you could need. I like to prepare my meals and was surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked! I didn't need a quarter of the spices and ingredients I brought. However, above all, it was the magical setting that took my breath away. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. The photos are accurate but they cannot fully capture the fresh air and the beautiful peaceful setting. I will be returning!

Such thoughtful hosts who have really poured their heart and souls into every detail, and it shows! Really appreciated the free firewood, coffee, popcorn, and pancake mix. Also appreciated how they really wanted you to feel like you were on vacation, so didn't make you do the dishes or take out the trash at the end of your stay.

Andrea is the best host I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb - an amazing experience from start to finish. The little cabin was absolutely incredible. A wonderful, peaceful space with unparalleled views. Was a trip of a lifetime. We will ABSOLUTELY be back!!!
