We hadden een zeer fijn verblijf. We waren er met een klein hondje en de omheinde olijfboomgaard was daar ideaal voor. De goede matras en goede zeer stille airco zorgde voor een zeer goede nachtrust. Alles was aanwezig, Lidl vlakbij alsook voldoende restaurants, winkels en stranden. Katerina en haar familie waren zeer vriendelijk en aangenaam in de omgang! Een aanrader we hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen.

Beautiful comfortable house, clean pool, huge garden with figs and lemons, nice seating area, place to park your car...And of course, the host is very kind.

We had a wonderful stay at Katerina's, enjoyed chilling by the pool serenaded by cicadas and watching the cats play among the olive trees. Mountains and horses in the background of this secluded spot. The beach is a short walk, and as other people have said, everything is on your doorstep - we had no car but didn't matter as close to buses and taxi ranks and supermarkets for supplies. Nice spots to eat by the waves along the coast at Rethymno and decent tavernas close by in Plantanes. Katerina was a great host and a Watsapp away if you needed anything.

When booking an Air BnB there's always a bit of apprehension as to whether the property will live up to the photos and description. Katerina's place exceeded our expectations! So peaceful and private, when sat outside you could be in the middle of the countryside. Just 4-5 mins walk however is Lidl and a busy strip of tavernas and shops. A beautiful beach is only another hundred yards behind these shops. The pool is clean and kid friendly. There are fresh figs and pomegranates hanging from the trees. Lots of fun exploring the huge olive grove. Air con that works perfectly at cooling both sleeping areas. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn't recommend the place more.

We hebben heerlijk verblijf gehad van twee weken. Het huisje is zeer rustig gelegen en tegelijkertijd toch dicht bij restaurants en winkels. Er is een Lidl op 5 min wandelen. Er zijn verschillende leuke taverna´s op maximum 10 minuten wandelen. Katerina was heel lief en antwoordde steeds heel snel als we vragen hadden. De handdoeken voor het zwembad werden 1 maal vervangen, die voor de badkamer 2 maal en halverwege ons verblijf werden ook de lakens verschoond. Het enige minpuntje is een beetje de verouderde kleine badkamer maar de rest van de accomodatie maakt dit ruimschoots goed. Een echte aanrader!
