We had a lovely couple of days at the flat. A very short walk to the seaside and a great base from which to visit Battle. The restaurant recommendations were great - we loved Goat Ledge!

Sarah’s flat is lovely. The place to stay in St Leonards. We came for a two night weekend break with a couple of friends and our well behaved dog. The flat is the ground floor of a beautiful villa up a small hill in a quiet but central part of town. Inside it is spacious, well furnished, with cool art work, lots of books and music, comfortable beds and sofas, two good size bathrooms, and lots of nice touches. It is very near the beach, the gardens in Warrior Square, and the interesting streets of St Leonards with bars, restaurants and galleries. Would definitely stay again. Sarah very kindly unprompted offered us a later checkout so we could make the most of our last day. Excellent service. 😀

Great location for a 2 night stay to explore the south coast. Sarah’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. We also went to Undercliffe House in Old Hastings and the fish was superb. We really liked Old Hastings, people were very friendly. Would also recommend exploring Rye which is just up the coast.

We had a really lovely two night stay in Sarahs place in St Leonard's. It's a great neighbourhood with loads of restaurants, close to the beach and other amenities. It's a beautiful flat with high ceilings, nice decor and lots of interesting books and artwork. Sarah is really responsive and provides a lot of local information. We fell a bit in love with the area and hope to return!
