This place is ok for Indians but DEFINITELY not for westerners! Pro's: plenty of toilet paper, soap, washing powder, coffee and tea. Very spacious. Washing machine good. AC good. Con's: Dirty bathroom and extremely UNHYGIENIC kitchen... Microwave very rusty & filthy dirty, completely unsafe!! Toaster and kettle not working. Fridge/freezer so dirty we couldn't use. kitchen extractor wall fan discusting.. floors not overally clean. Whole place needs to be DISINFECTED!!

He is a helpful host and responsive. This place has everything you need for living. Considering the options in Deli, this is a safe gated home and the price is decent. The tenants inside seem pleasant and clean. It is a good location for Embassy visits and to visit the monkeys at Monkey park.

Vicky is a great host, he was always reachable for help. Place was excellent with all amenities. We felt home. Super location and great community.

The Host Mr. Vicky was very respectful and a very nice person. The apartment had 2 bedrooms but only 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. This was quite inconvenient. Housekeeping or cleaning was not offered even though we had a 3 day stay. Even the garbage was not cleared on a daily basis till checkout. Only 2 towels and 1 Napkin was provided for the entire 3 day stay but there was a washing machine in the apartment and we were expected to wash the same towels & napkin for use. This was a bit of a let down. Otherwise the place is easily reachable and peaceful location and no botheration from the host at all. Swiggy and Zomato are easily accessible. So no worries for food. But no restaurants in the vicinity. Kitchen and utensils were definitely not up to the mark. Beds were nice but a bit hard matreses. Quilts very nice. Heaters were given in both rooms and worked well. Host needs to look into a this he wants better reviews. For the price I'd still say it was a decent deal though.
