I tried to clean the fridge for the 15 days that we used it very little. But when I wanted to remove the bottom drawers to clean I found a cockroach. It is to be expected that it had been there for a long time and the whole house was dirty. I can send you a picture of everything that was dirty in this house. I hope the $75 you charged us for the cleaning fee is used to really clean the house. We felt very unpleasant in your stay. And for $2000 2 Weeks was overkill considering the lousy service. We didn't spend much time in the house and from day one we knew it was a nasty place. But there was nothing we could do about it. It's not just that you don't have a toilet, there is no phone reception either and you don't explain that in your description. The pool we could not enter the first weekend. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. I hope you can improve to provide a better service to your next guests.

Excellent little beach house right across the street from the beach! Great place to stay!

We stayed two months. We did have some major issues with the floor sinking, the wifi being extremely difficult to aquire a good signal (not owners issues, but community issues). We also had the ac die for a weekend. But Mary did her best to get a repair accomplished and compensated us for hotel and perished food in fridge. If the price was 30%Cheaper, and a nice furnished upgrade it'd be a good stay, as it's across the street from the private beach. But for the most part, it's a comfortable place to stay.

Mary was an excellent host. The cleanliness was one of the only kickers of the trip. Guests are expected to clean before departure, which is clearly stated on here and in rules on the refrigerator, but the first night of our stay was spent cleaning and dealing with full trash cans... We have a one year old so maybe our standards of clean are a bit higher? Mary was very responsive and nice however. The neighborhood is very nice and great for an older crowd as some neighbors were extremely friendly while others weren't so sure about two 30 year olds and a very active baby. The beaches are beautiful and were empty while we were there (just a heads up, broken beach umbrella so pack your own). We were able to get most places (parks, fishing, etc.) by golf cart, and the gas station and a cute lil restaurant weren't even 5 minutes by car. It was great, but a few updates definitely need to be made. Heads up, bring quarters for laundry $3.50 for one wash and dry, and also bring some form of entertainment for evenings as there are only 4 English TV stations that we got clearly, and no wi-fi to use laptop or other device for shows/movies. Wasn't a big deal other than night time. Overall good time. Thanks Mary!
