I have stayed in 4 places during my trip to Italy, and Chiara and her driver represent the height of customer service and hospitality, by far the best experience of several good ones. She and her driver picked us up at the ferry port and delivered us to our train at the station the next morning. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and their introduction to it was detailed, warm, and welcoming. Chiara relies on her son somewhat for translation, but will work to understand her customers' needs and then meet them completely. We attempted to tip her driver, and he refused any kind of payment. You will struggle to find a better experience on Air B&B. Their welcome was like something from a fairy tale.

Please read the listing carefully and confirm what’s on there before booking the place. Even though it said AC there wasn’t any and specially in JULY you definitely need it. We couldn’t sleep all night, we left the doors open and it was too loud and noisy.

ospite estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci ha aspettato nonostante l'orario di arrivo notturno e addirittura ci ha accompagnato dalla nave. l'appartamento ha spazi ampi e accoglienti, organizzati con tutto il necessario e ci siamo trovati bene. se capiterà ancora di fermarci a termini imerese ci torneremo.

I don’t even know where to begin. Our experience with Chiara was beyond our best expectations. She picked us up from the train after dark, and drove us to the apartment. She showed us around and then left us with water and some treats to eat. During our stay, we ended up getting lost and she came to rescue us and dropped us at our intended destination. She was always checking on us and making sure we were having a good time. Even her father found us in the neighborhood and offered the same amount of hospitality. She didn’t speak English perfectly, but that didn’t stop her at all from making sure we felt welcome and safe. The apartment itself was very nice. It was very beautifully decorated, very clean, and had a wonderful view of the city and beyond. I can’t express enough how memorable and amazing our experience was in Termini Imerese. If you want to be immersed in the culture without the tourist feel, stay with Chiara!!
