Hi! I've actually been a SUPER HOST for almost 5 years. But, Airbnb requires I have 5 or more guests per quarter and this last quarter I had long-term guests here so didn't meet their requirements. I'm a friendly, professional female who loves to travel and visit new places. I enjoy meeting people and sharing stories. I am very responsible and dependable and my #1 goal is making sure you enjoy your stay at my beautiful home. I have ridden RAGBRAI 4 times, sky-dived 3 times (Iowa, New Zealand, Hawaii), been in 9 community theatre plays and won an all-city racquetball doubles tournament against all men! I once jumped off the side of a pirate ship in Aruba. :) I love to garden and have made my backyard a sanctuary of flowers and hummingbirds. The pergola and patio is for you to enjoy! Gas grill if you feel like grilling. Who doesn't need a quiet weekend away to enjoy peace and a beautiful setting to relax? I can accommodate short-term and long-term rentals. Just take note that I do not have a stove/oven in the suite, nor do I have a couch. The pictures show what is available. I work full-time at home so you will hear me walking around upstairs. We are very conscientious about being respectful regarding noise but you will hear us walking, talking, taking Bailey for a walk, etc. I have a small 16 lb Teddy Bear Bichon who is the best boy ever. Doesn’t shed and is hypoallergenic. However, he will bark when he sees a stranger for about 2 seconds while he runs up for pets (he’s a very good watch dog for me). He’s not aggressive in any way.
