Chanine's place is very clean and tidy and well kept. I could whole hartedly recommend boho to anyone.

We had a great stay. Although our room didn’t feel quite finished. We had to boil the kettle on the carpet as it didn’t reach the table and climb over the bed to do the blinds but the decor was great and we loved the kitchen and lounge area.

The room we get was tidy, unfortunately we booked another, bigger room that we didn’t get because of the dog. As we asked to get the difference back, Chanine said that would not be possible. She has now changed her advertisements. Furthermore there are no parking facilities on the property, the ones on the street are very limited. You may have to park for 11,50£. The beach house is located in an uncomfortable area. We don’t want to be outside by night. The kitchen is shared with other guest but very clean.

L'host è stata super veloce a risponderci e ci ha aiutato molto malgrado le abbiamo fatto la richiesta di alloggiare da lei il giorno stesso alle 18. La casa era bella e pulita e in una posizione ben piazzata. L'unica pecca era che gli altri ospiti hanno occupato sia sala che cucina e noi non abbiamo potuto usufruirne. Comunque per il resto il nostro soggiorno (di una sola notte), è andato benissimo.

I moved from Esher/Surrey some 16 years ago to the beautiful white beach of Sandbanks. Travelled the world and will make myself at home pretty much anywhere. But like most people, I don't like that hotel feeling, especially when travelling with my children. Hence the reason for offering a great service with air BNB. To attract like minded people. My goal is to have families, couples, business people or hippies. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this space too. I have rented flats on Air BNB for some time and I just love the clientele. The beauty of air bnb is that people are looking for a good service and to feel welcome. Everyone is welcome here to enjoy, relax and enjoy the beach and town, which is just minutes away. I decided to bring my dream to reality and buy a 10 bedroom hotel, purely for Air BNB guests. What you will expect is a home which feels like a home. I'm very relaxed about arrivals and departures, there is no set in stone guide lines here, just send me a message and I'll do my best to accommodate this for you. If you have a celebration, let me know as you may want me to put up balloons or chill a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket. You pay the receipt and an extra £5 for the service.
