This was the perfect place for a week of resting and creativity! The neighborhood is vibrant and fun (aka loud on weekends and select hours, which I like). Close to everything you could ever possibly want to do in Pelourinho and frequently patrolled by police. I felt safe as a solo woman and the neighbors were very respectful. The place itself was clean and pleasantly decorated! I really enjoyed the open air shower and hammock in the living room. It’s an old home, which is great if you like antique/vintage buildings — if you’re looking for a modern hotel feeling, don’t book. I felt cozy and comfortable in the space. Angelique is very kind and responsive! She was understanding when I described how a silly phobia hindered the checkout process and quickly resolved an internet outage. And her local recommendations are great! Overall I really enjoyed this space and hope to book it for Carnaval or a big Orixa holiday.

Angelique foi maravilhosa. Tive um imprevisto num outra hospedagem e ela conseguiu me receber num tempo super curto. O local é maravilhoso, ao lado da Escadaria do Passo, próximo a tudo. Com certeza, numa próxima vez em Salvador, tentarei me hospedar novamente com a Angelique.

Bon séjour chez Angélique. L’appartement est très beau et en plein centre du quartier historique. Il est en revanche très bruyant la nuit. Angélique a été très réactive pour tout. Je recommande.

Wil je Salvador van dichtbij meemaken, dan raad ik je de plek van Angelique zeker aan. Het is midden in het historische centrum waar van alles te beleven valt. Van historische gebouwen tot de leukste restaurants en cafés. Levendiger krijg je het niet. Angelique reageert snel, vriendelijk en geeft je leuke tips voor de buurt. Het huis is ruimtelijk en perfect voor twee personen met een heerlijke binnen en buitendouche!

a casa é muito bem localizada, o bairro de santo antonio além do carmo é um charme do lado do pelourinho com vida noturna bem agitada! a comunicação com angelique foi fácil, tudo correu bem!
