Hello! My name's Peter, and I'm a Los Angeles local since 2004, and my heart will forever be in California. I'm originally from Northern California near San Francisco (Monterey, CA), but my new home is in Los Angeles. There's so much to do, see, and eat here, and the diverse and rich culture here is what made me fall in love with Los Angeles. I do go back and forth between LA and Monterey frequently as we have recently opened our next location in the Monterey Bay Area. Our property in the Monterey Bay area is beautiful rustic farmhouse in the Central Coast, within convenient driving distance to many popular tourist attractions, least of which to mention are the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach, Carmel, and the Fisherman's Wharf/Cannery Row. It's a fantastic getaway for you and your family if you want an entire peaceful house to yourself that sits on 2 acres of verdant landscaping. We even have a greenhouse you can pick your own fresh organic produce from! Monterey is where I spent my childhood, and where I built my fondest memories. Many decades later I still love to visit and walk down memory lane with my own growing family. My academic/professional background: I went to undergrad at CalPoly, San Luis Obispo and majored in Industrial Technology. I later got my MBA in Entrepreneurship at Pepperdine University in Malibu. I spent 10 years in the corporate world, working at a biotech. In 2014 I decided to make the leap to run my own show, and haven't looked back ever since. Because I believe that life is too short to build someone else's dreams when you have every ability to build your own, especially with today's tools. I wrote a book on how you can do it too - if you're curious I'll give you a free copy. I enjoy great food, music, building relationships, and life experiences. If you're from out of town, I can definitely give you pointers as I'm always scouring the city for new finds. I love dogs, and have a little chihuahua mix named Lola. :) Please bring your doge if you'd like! They're totally welcome in my house. I love to travel and explore the world. In my 20's and 30’s I traveled Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. If you stay at my place, you'll find a large map of the world that has pins at all the places I've been, and places that are still on my list to go to. If you're from one of those places, I'd love to get some tips and pointers from you! In 2017 I married the love of my life, and we now are raising our family in Los Angeles with the blessing of our baby son. Needless to say, we've settled down on our world travels for now (especially with the pandemic) but we're itching to get back out there! Finally, I play drums and piano, and enjoy a wide spectrum of music. I'm pretty easy going, honest, and hope you are too. I love taking great care of all of our guests.
