Everything was as described and rose was easy to communicate with. Convenient area with lots nearby. Definitely recommend.

Rose was a lovely host! The place was exactly as described and extremely clean and tidy. An easy walk to the 109 tram, which takes you straight into town. Quiet, peaceful, and private. I had a great stay, thank you Rose!!

Rose is a fantastic host. The place was as described in the listing. The only downside was that the hot water tank did not work during my stay. On day 1, I had a warm enough shower, but not hot. On day 2, the warm water got less warm. On day 3, I started with a lukewarm shower, which got cold. I didn't realise it was not working until Saturday, so Rose tried but couldn't get a plumber to fix it. She kindly offered the main house shower, but I slept in Sunday morning, so I didn't have time. The place has only one single bed. It was a good size space for my work trip. The neighbours were quiet, except last night. They started vacuuming the granny flat side 21:30-22:00... Rose tried to get their attention, but eventually, they stopped. Rose is such a gem. I hope future guests will enjoy staying there.

Perfect for what I needed. Lots of privacy. Easy to come and go. Rose was available and helpful.

I have stayed at Rose's more than once and would stay again. Location was perfect for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay . Rose is a lovely person who is a good host .
