C.J.'s place was exactly as promised, impeccably clean, easy walking distance from everything you need, including good restaurants and shopping nearby. C.J. was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a getaway from the city.

Very nice place and a positive experience. Was visiting Greenport for a family event and this place was within a 5 minute walk of all events (Harborfront Inn, First and South, and Noah’s). Great location and value. The host was extremely responsive in all communication. The only negatives were that 1) the sound really travels between the lower and upper levels. We could hear the people downstairs very clearly even though they were just chatting normally and 2) the ferry traffic lines up right out front so there are idling trucks outside most of the morning. All that said, the sounds from downstairs and outside are much less in the bedrooms vs The living room and there are white noise machines in each bedroom, so sleeping was not a problem. These are minor complaints that would make my review 4.5 stars if that was an option, rounding up to 5 vs down to 4 is a better fit.

We absolutely loved the location of this property which was within minutes walk into town. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops were virtually on our doorstep. We were visiting family and they were only a short walk away. A very well equipped property which we absolutely loved. We will definitely be back in Greenport and look forward to rebooking to stay again Jim and CJ, our hosts, were extremely helpful and informative throughout our stay and we really appreciated their local recommendations. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious alternative to a hotel… we loved it.

CJ has an awesome place. Close to town ..everything within a 5 min walk. House was spotless and well stocked. Quick to respond when questions were asked. Would definitely stay again. ❤️
