A studio condo unit with basic amenities you’ll need while staying in the metro. My place is ideal for couples, small family or a single traveller looking for a decent place to stay while on budget. The place is equipped with a queen size bed. There is a small convection stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, cable tv, wifi, hot/cold shower,cooking & dinning utensils that guests can use. 24/7 public transport is available in the area. This is a NO-SMOKING condo unit. the unit is yours in your whole stay

Very good people and nice studio, definitely recommend
Property is extremely clean and in a safe, secure environment...close to the Araneta shopping complex. The host and her rep (Dad) were helpful in getting me settled in and expedite my check-out during departure. One of the best AIRBNB stays I've experienced! Can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Highly pleasant experience worth another stay in the near future.
Had a great stay at Janey's place. Quick responses, clean place, not an impersonal management company and the complex is really nice. Further walk to Araneta Center than some other Airbnb's, but also quieter. They also had nice touches like drinking water when I arrived. Washer worked great too! Not a ton of close restaurants, but Monster Burger was really good. Will definitely stay here again.
Very hospitable owner. They allowed me to check in early. The place is recommendable for staycation but if you’re not familiar with the place, you need to take a jeepney/taxi/grab if you want to go the Araneta City or going back to the place.
Very nice place, information was accurate although wifi was slightly slow sometimes
