We enjoyed our stay in the area, but would have liked more privacy as the rental was a duplex and shared parking with a second duplex. The listing is for a place at a resort, not a private home.

Nestled amidst the beautiful scenery in Boone, this mountain cottage is a true gem! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a sense of tranquility. We were in need of a place to stay on the fly after an unfortunate night elsewhere. D.J. was so accommodating, allowing us to check in immediately! We were so thankful and impressed by this alone; then to arrive to find it everything we could’ve asked for, was the start to one of the best weekend getaways! The cottage itself is a charming blend of rustic elegance and modern comforts. With its exposed wooden beams, fireplace, and cozy furnishings, it exudes mountain charm at every turn. Yet, despite its rustic allure, it boasts all the amenities for a comfortable stay! I might add, the cottage looks exactly like the photos! We were very impressed all around and already look forward to our next visit!

We had been looking forward to this trip since we booked it. Perfect size for the 2 of us with everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. I sent a message(no problems) to owners on Friday morning and had a quick reply. Great from the time we booked until the time we locked the door to leave! Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again!!
