Definitely should add some amenities to the guests staying at your "sister location". If I'm asked to walk across the parking lot when arriving for a late check in, below freezing temperatures and snowing, unexpectedly , I think it's fair to allow guests at the lone tree inn, to eat breakfast at the next door location.

This place was what we needed to rest our heads for the night as we continued on. The rooms were clean and it was a quiet stay.

Broken down hotel. A/C didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. They will not do housekeeping. It says it includes breakfast. It doesn’t. Would not go again.

A typical hotel like many other hotels but I gotta say you get a decent room for what you pay for. I recommend it.
